Ordering & Production Policies

All orders are produced based on the artwork, files, dimensions, and information submitted at the time of purchase.

Artwork Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing all uploaded artwork and designs for accuracy before submitting an order. Miami Sign Studio is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, design errors, low-resolution artwork, incorrect dimensions, or other issues contained within customer-supplied files.

Artwork Sizing: All artwork and designs must be submitted at the exact finished size required for production unless otherwise specified on the product page. Please verify your dimensions before uploading your files.

Shipping: All standard orders ship via FedEx Ground. Transit time is typically 2–3 business days after the order has been completed and shipped. Shipping times are carrier estimates and may be affected by delays outside of our control.
